What brings joy into your life? Are you aware of what makes you happy? Are you holding an image of what life will be like one day when you are happy, but not feeling that sense of joy right now, today?
Find your center and magnetize to yourself all those things that are in alignment with your inner being.
- Take 68 seconds to think about all the things that bring you happiness. Think of all the people, situations, circumstances, and everything else that you feel grateful for in this moment.
- Spend time connecting to the field of gratitude. Let this go from your head into your heart so that you are really feeling it inside your body.
- What is this feeling? Is it freedom, abundance, success, love?
- Expand this feeling even more. Imagine that you have a dial, and you are increasing the amount of energy in your body by turning up the dial.
- Spend a few moments in this space.
